I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!

I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.

I'll be moving 28 miles - whether that's walking, running, cycling, wheeling - and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.

Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.

Please support me if you can. Together we can make this count.

My Updates

More people Struggle than you think

Friday 30th Jan

Across the UK, more people than ever are struggling with their mental health.

Whether you’re living with a mental health condition or supporting somebody who is, it’s crucial to have access to up-to-date information.

Mental health is part of the fabric of our lives. It is key to flourishing relationships, healthy communities, a strong economy and ultimately a UK where everyone is able to navigate life’s big changes.

If you or someone you know needs urgent support for their mental health you can find the most appropriate numbers to call here.
