London Landmarks Half Marathon for Mental Health UK
I'm taking on the London Landmarks Half Marathon for Mental Health UK!
I am running this half marathon in honour of my dad who passed away in November 2024.
Dad was always the first person to reach out to others and check that they were okay.
If he had taken the same care of his own mental health as he did others, he would probably still be with us today.
Anyone who knows me, knows I am NOT runner, so this will be no mean feat. Any support and donations for such an important charity will be hugely appreciated.
I want to make a difference to people affected by mental health problems.
Mental Health UK is dedicated to providing essential support and resources to individuals and families affected by mental health challenges. With a focus on collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity, they are at the forefront of driving positive change within the mental health landscape.
