I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!

I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.

I'll be moving 28 miles - whether that's walking, running, cycling, wheeling - and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.

Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.

Why?

I have decided to take part in this charity event because mental health is something I have been suffering with for years. Some days feel longer than others and some days my mind is soo full of negativity I feel like I am drowning. So I want to do this to try change my mind by getting more active and whilst doing so I hope to raise money to help others that feel like me too. Mental illness is not something to joke about you never know how someone is truly feeling as it is easy to paint a face and hide it so be kind to others and make someone smile today 💕
