I'm fundraising for Mental Health UK
I am taking part in the 28 Miles in February: Move it for Mental Health challenge! Please support me and donate where possible, a simple share is very much appreciated also.
I am wanting to give back to the people who help so many struggling with mental health. Mental health is something more of us deal with day to day than we will ever admit. I myself hold my hands up to say I don't always ask for help when I should. I am going to walk 1 mile for everyday of February. For a mum of 2 young boys( 4 months old and 2 years old) I am very limited on time most days so to get out the house alone for a walk everyday is going to be a challenge in its self but I will be posting daily updates via Strava to show my 1 mile a day through February.
