28 Miles in February 2026

My target 28 mi

I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!

I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.

I'll be moving 28 miles - whether that's walking, running, cycling, or wheeling - and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.

Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.

Please support me if you can. Together we can make this count.

Training update

I have been busy working on my general fitness. My friend Charles Harrison has helped me to map out my mile.
So I know my route which will be amazing! 😀😀
I am very much looking forward to this!

Training

Sunday 4th Jan
I have been doing a fair share of training to help with my fitness. My daughter had found home workout videos on YouTube to help me improve my exercise! 😂😂 which is funny to watch!
But I’m doing it! Thank you everyone for your support! ❤️

A MASSSSSSSSIVE THANK YOU!

Friday 26th Dec
My god!!! I’m nearly there! Already! Thank you so much to one and all! I love you all so much!

A massive thank you!

Friday 26th Dec
Can I please say a massive thank you to everyone that has already donated some money!
I am extremely grateful, I didn’t think I would get much support at first. But I am truly grateful.

I must admit, my mental health over the last few months has been very very difficult. But I am remarkably grateful for everyone that has supported me. I have been a right pain in the bum and know that I needed to try and relax more.

Again thank you so much!

Bronco you’re quite an inspiration and I recognise the strength you’ve shown to achieve what you already have. I’ve been through a pretty health/life challenging eighteen months so I know the resilience that it takes to get to where you are. Bless you friend and keep it up. God Bless. Artey

A wonderful cause to support and I’m so glad you came through. You ARE on this earth for a reason and I know you can make a difference and reach people that might need it.

Your story chimed with me deeply. I’m very glad you made it through and now go for it! We have a lot more music making to do yet and the meaningful chats in messenger.
