I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!
Mental health is so close to my heart. After having my own struggles mentally, I personally understand nobody should face mental health conditions alone. I had a breakdown in 2019 and life has been a struggle but I’ve got there slowly .. now facing PTSD..I'll be moving 28 miles - that's walking and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.
Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.
