I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!
I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.I'll be moving 28 miles - whether that's walking, running, cycling, wheeling - and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.
Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.
Mental health has become especially relevant to me over the past 8 months. I have always struggled myself but last year my auntie lost her best friend to this fight. My siblings lost their bonus auntie. Her daughter lost her mummy. I’ve never felt so affected by a loss before. I know I have the capability to help others from the back off this huge and terrible loss.
Please support me if you can. Together we can make this count.

The Plan
Tuesday 13th Jan Hey everyone! So I’ve decided to walk a mile a day in February. Tad bit scared, I struggle with mobility and if I exhort myself that won’t be good! But this is important to me. I can do this and I am doing this for an incredibly important reason for me and my family.I’ve got this! Thankyou for supporting me and this amazing charity!
