Why I am fundraising...
I have had anxiety disorder for as long as I can remember and want to help raise awareness and money to ensure resources are available for everyone.
I am taking part in 31 Miles in May for Mental Health UK as this last year has been difficult with the changes in my life. I am fundraising as a thank you to my amazing friends, family, doctors and my incredible therapist. I am so grateful for their support and any donations go towards a great cause so please consider donating💙!

Monday 5th May Me and the NatSci society went on a walk up Ilkley Moor and it was lovely weather for it! Share

How i'm going to take on the challenge:
Wednesday 30th Apr To complete this challenge, I am going to track any extra exercise I do over May using Strava to encourage me to get out more as this will be especially good for my mental health during exam season (and obviously good for my physical health at the same time!).
