Join the Movement: Fundraising for Mental Health UK

On Saturday, 19th October, I’m taking part in the GLOW event for the 4th year, and I’d love for you to join or come support! Grab some glowsticks, bring some lights, and let’s enjoy a 20km walk around London, starting and finishing in Battersea Park. It’ll take about four hours, and we’ll be raising vital funds for Mental Health UK while taking in some great sights.

Why I’m Supporting Mental Health UK (and You Should Too!)

Let’s be honest—at some point, we’ve all felt a bit down, uncertain about where we’re headed in life, or just overwhelmed. It’s all part of our mental health, even if it’s not always something extreme or obvious. The good thing is, there’s help out there when we need it, and Mental Health UK is doing amazing work providing support for those struggling.

I’m a huge advocate for mental health and believe we should all take steps to look after ourselves and encourage others to do the same. That’s why I’m taking part in the GLOW walk this year—to raise awareness and money for such an important cause. It’s my way of giving back and helping to make mental health resources more accessible to everyone.
