I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!
I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.
I'll be moving 28 miles - whether that's walking, running, cycling, wheeling - and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.
Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.
Please support me if you can. Together we can make this count.

Turning Struggle Into Strength: Giving Back for Mental Health Awareness
Sunday 4th JanMental health struggles are real, relentless, and often invisible. I’ve faced moments where simply getting through the day felt overwhelming, hiding the weight behind a brave face. Giving back is my way of saying thank you—for the support that turns suffering into hope, silence into connection, and reminds us none of us are alone
