Friday 15th May I have managed to run Boston! My friends said a 3.20 was fast, for me the time didn’t matter. But my effort for listening to my body (leg) was what I have learnt from this experience. Sometimes you need to be able to listen/understand. This is one for the first actions you need to have in mind for mental health, yours or others. Listen to yourself or to the people you want to help. This Sunday is not going to be about a time, it is going to be a celebration of being open to approach people, listen to them and encouragement! The injury before Boston
Tuesday 14th Apr So, in 6 days I am supposed to run Boston marathon for the first time in my life. Qualified with a 3.04.33 and I was hoping for a sub 3 race! Unfortunately I pulled my hamstring and I will possibly not race.
Chasing dreams while staying balanced
Monday 9th Mar I am more than half way for my Boston marathon, then another month to Hackney half and then some more racing in June and September.
Route to recovery and 70.3!
