I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!

I'm taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.

I'll be moving 28 miles - whether that's walking, running, cycling, wheeling - and raising at least £100 to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.

Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.

Please support me if you can. Together we can make this count.

Day 19

Thursday 19th Feb
Not long left now but did 1.09 miles 

Day 18

Wednesday 18th Feb
We did 1.62 miles dogs needed walking 

Day 17

Wednesday 18th Feb
Well we kept our promise and completed 1.38 miles today 

Day 16

Tuesday 17th Feb
Didn’t quite make it today even though shopping for Mum but will make it up. 0.84 miles although if Mum was with us it’d be tripled lol 

Day 15

Monday 16th Feb
We had loads of family visiting today which was lovely and still managed to do 1.19 miles even though it took most of the day 

Day 14

Saturday 14th Feb
Walked the dogs through the woods then road back twice, once this morning and then this afternoon doing 1.07 miles 

Day 13

Friday 13th Feb
Woke up this morning to lovely sunshine so set up dog agility in the garden. Ruby loved it, then it snowed so ended up pottering round the house so managed 1.64 miles in 8 hours 

Day 12

Friday 13th Feb
Did 2 walks through the woods as wouldn’t have managed the hill home going the other way lol

Day 11 and did better! 
Completed 1.35 miles 

Day 10

Wednesday 11th Feb
Day 10
Due to appointments didn’t do well today! Managed 0.51 miles but will definitely catch up 

Day 9

Monday 9th Feb
Had to do Mums shopping so walked 1.26 miles 

Day 8

Monday 9th Feb
Bit of sun so off we went with the dogs, down the firth.
1.11 miles done 

Day 7

Saturday 7th Feb
Weather still rubbish, can’t remember when we last eat the sun just rain, rain and more rain!
We managed to walk 2017 which is 1.14 miles 

Day 6

Friday 6th Feb
Today what with the yucky weather, even the dogs didn’t want to go out, so between the mad rain we walked around the block! Through the woods to golf course then down the top path towards home. 
We achieved 2079 steps which is 1.19 miles 

Day 5

Thursday 5th Feb
Today Pete and I are knackered and in pain after yesterday’s trip for urgent scans etc so did nothing today but got 490 steps, 0.21 mile. We will make it up, absolutely promise 

Day 4

Wednesday 4th Feb
Well because we were in Inverness and between appointments I booked Wag Tails Woods as we’d took Louie and Ruby with us. They loved it with Lou Poo 💩 sniffing every where even forgot his name and Ruby doing the A frame and all the other agility stuff. In that hour we did 1.43 miles 

Day 3

Tuesday 3rd Feb
We took the dogs round the firth, yes it was bloody freezing although dogs didn’t mind and achieved 1.031 miles 

Day 1

Sunday 1st Feb
Well what can I say! Day 1 and did 1.2 miles walking the dogs. Shopping for our mum and dad tomorrow so definitely do the mile
