Many years of struggling with my own mental health and more recently anxiety I feel the need to have aoemthing aim for. Something I cna give back to the charities who help save many lives and promote ways in which you can seek advice and make small steps to become a better person and feeling your own feelings without the feeling of being numb and worthless. It's time Mental Health was more thought about, discussed more & supported more throughout the world.
