A bit about me.

People close to me know I have battled with my mental health over the years since a young age, some days have been a complete write off where I couldn’t cope being alive and other days better plus all the in between. 

I was diagnosed with anxiety and depression from a young age and within the last 4-5 years I was diagnosed with EUPD or people might know with as BPD, borderline personality disorder. 

I also grew up with my dad who was diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. So I have been around it all for a long time. I supported my dad throughout my life with his different needs all while dealing and managing my own. 

Albeit an emotional rollcoaster at times I’m  currently in a position in my life to support others, and my job supports young people and adolescents going through different mental health difficulties. 

So for this reason I have chose to join Mental Health UK for a glow walk of 20km
