London Landmarks Half Marathon for Mental Health UK

When I first started my running journey, I knew that if I ever took on a challenge that involved fundraising, it had to be for a charity that genuinely means something to me. Running has played a huge role in supporting my own mental health.

Mental health affects us all in different ways, whether personally or through someone we love. That’s why I’ve chosen to run the London Landmarks Half Marathon raise money for Mental Health UK, a charity that does vital work to improve mental health support and services across the UK.

Along the way, I’ve been incredibly proud to create a free running community where people come together to move, make friends and support one another. Knowing that this has helped improved people’s mental health, even in the smallest way, means more to me than any medal or finish line ever could.
