I'm fundraising for Mental Health UK
I am taking part in Move it for Mental Health!
I started my running journey doing couch to 5K as a way to clear my mind from negative thoughts.
Having to do my GCSEs during lockdown massively impacted my mental wellbeing and socialisation and that was when my mental health took an all time low.
During my running journey I began to understand that exercise is a powerful tool for wellbeing so by doing this I’m hoping to raise a little bit of money to support others who are struggling with their mental health.
