Thursday 12th SepThis year has been particularly tough in many ways and I’ve found myself struggling through a lot of ups and downs. I am so so lucky to be surrounded by such amazing family and friends who have dragged me through everything and I am so grateful for their support, because of this I have decided to participate in GLOW London 2024, supporting Mental Health UK.
This is a 20km night walk through London on the 19th October. This walk is supposed to take 4 hours although with my hobbling leg it will probably be morning before I’m finished! 😂😂
1 in 4 people in the UK have experienced a mental health problem and these issues are either not talked about enough or help is not always accessible. I would like to do this walk not only for myself but for everyone else out there struggling! I am here for anyone who needs someone to talk to!
