On 11 October, I’ll be lighting up London as part of GLOW – a vibrant sponsored walk shining a light on mental health. I’m proud to be supporting Mental Health UK, a charity that provides life-changing support to people across the UK affected by mental health challenges.

Mental health in all it's forms has the capability to tarnish and take control over loved ones. With charities and people who are willing to give taking a step forward in either aiding or being the one to get help is the bravest thing that a person can do. Address it and find solutions, or even if you are curious in finding about conditions that you may haven't thought of. The more education we can teach ourselves either through experiences like my own personal life or through learning of people's lived experiences it will go a long way.
