After my own personal experiences and combined love for being active, last May I gave myself the challenge of completing some fundraisers!
This initiated my enjoyment for running and sparked a greater interest for being outside, even if I look like a stomping elephant out in the sunshine! 🤣 But I loved it!
Therefore, this May I have chosen to do the same in the hope I can encourage friends and family to join in with the ‘move it May spirit’. With this beautiful spring weather, it is such a great way to appreciate our local area and kickstart more conversations around our mental wellbeing.
Let’s hope this month continues to spoil us with sunny weather, longer walks and even a few runs! For such a deserving cause, let’s move it this May 💙
