Hi guys. 
I have a condition called Bipolar type 2, where by I experience both extreme depressive episodes and hypomanic episodes.
My depressive episodes can hit for very long periods of time, they’re very heavy, very exhausting, and can be very frightening.
As most of my friends and family know, raising awareness for mental health is a real passion of mine, and if I can also raise some money along the way, then amazing!! 
I think it’s so important to get people talking, to inspire people to talk about and share a journey in which I know so many others out there can relate to in some way or another.
Loneliness can play such a huge factor for so many, my self included, because you can feel so isolated with in your own mind. But you’re not alone! No one is alone! And people need to know this. 
Please have patience with yourself.
Please be gentle with yourself.
And please keep moving.
One step at a time.
