London Landmarks Half Marathon for Mental Health UK
This year, I’m taking on the London Landmarks Half Marathon, not just as a personal challenge, but to honor the memory of Daniel . I'm running in his memory and to raise awareness for a cause that is incredibly close to my heart: mental health.
Daniel tragically passed away last year after his battle with mental health. The pain and heartbreak that followed his passing has left a lasting impact on his family and everyone who knew him. Daniel was loved by so many, and his absence is felt every single day.
In his memory, I’ve decided to run this half marathon to support Mental Health UK. This charity does vital work to provide support, information, and guidance to individuals and families affected by mental health challenges. They believe in the power of conversation, awareness, and proper care — all of which can make a world of difference for someone who is struggling.

I want to make a difference to people affected by mental health problems.
