My Updates

Upset

Thursday 1st May
It’s with great disappointment that due to a foot injury I cannot do the first day of 31miles in 31days. I therefore shall either do two miles tomorrow or Saturday to make up for it. I woke up with a very tight foot and shooting pains going through it. I even had to cancel going to the doctors. If it persists I shall have to go to doctors to get it checked out. Luckily I had no sponsors as of yet so the only person I’m letting down is me. I’m resting the foot ( left ) today and put deep heat on it with painkillers to try and get through. Sorry 😔

Soundtrack

So here it starts, building my playlist to accompany my walks. Those who know me will have gathered that the playlist will be prodigy driven it’s gotta be for me to keep my legs moving. I may throw some underworld in there somewhere or maybe some muse.

My energy

Saturday 26th Apr
In November last year I sadly lost my mum. A kind clever and caring person she brought me up through many challenges of her own. 3 mental breakdowns and suffering with spinal damage she never let me down. So here’s to you mum

Challenge

Saturday 26th Apr
I’m doing this challenge for this charity simply because I suffer from mental health issues and I don’t have the motivation for this challenge all the time. This I’m hoping will kick start a breakthrough my agoraphobia and help me tackle the difficult periods I face in time. Along with my disability in my hips and legs I’m also hoping it will act as a kind of physical support. I have many great friends and family that I’m hoping will donate and support me through this challenge. 31 miles in may might not seem a lot but for me its gastronomical. So please support where you can and I look forward to hitting the £100 target and more.

Thank you to my Sponsors
