London Landmarks Half Marathon for Mental Health UK
I'm taking on the London Landmarks Half Marathon for Mental Health UK!
Myself and those close to me have had struggles with mental health. I want to raise money for a worthy cause who listen to and support people in need. Mental Health UK also provide great services within the workplace, assisting with teaching under the Mental Health First aider programme.
I want to make a difference to people affected by mental health problems. Every donation, no matter how big or small, brings us one step closer to a world where mental health is treated with the same importance as physical health. Let's turn awareness into action and create a brighter future for all.
Mental Health UK is dedicated to providing essential support and resources to individuals and families affected by mental health challenges. With a focus on collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity, they are at the forefront of driving positive change within the mental health landscape.
