I'm taking on 31 Miles this August for Mental Health UK
This August, I'm taking on 31 Miles in August to raise money for Mental Health UK.I'm walking, running, rolling or biking 31 miles throughout the month to help ensure more people can access the mental health support they need, when they need it most.
Every donation, no matter the size, will help Mental Health UK continue providing vital services, information and support to people across the UK.
If you're able to, I'd be so grateful if you could sponsor me. Your support will help keep me motivated throughout the challenge and make a real difference to people's lives.
Thank you so much for your support!

Walking 31 Miles in August for Mental Health 💚
Friday 17th JulThis August, I’m taking on a challenge that’s very close to my heart: walking 31 miles in 31 days to raise awareness and support for mental health.
This isn’t just another fitness challenge for me. Mental health is something that has had a huge impact on my own life. I’ve experienced my own struggles, and I know how difficult it can be to keep going when even the smallest tasks feel overwhelming. Because of that, this challenge means so much more than the miles I’ll be walking.
Every step I take is for everyone who is silently battling anxiety, depression, stress, or any other mental health challenge. It’s a reminder that no one should have to face these struggles alone, and that it’s okay to ask for help.
Walking has become a way for me to clear my mind, reflect, and take care of myself. Some days the miles will be easy, and other days they’ll be much harder—but that’s a bit like mental health itself. Progress isn’t always straightforward, and that’s okay.
If sharing my journey encourages just one person to start a conversation, reach out for support, or realise they’re not alone, then every mile will have been worth it.
If you’d like to support me, whether that’s by donating, sharing this post, or simply cheering me on, I’d be incredibly grateful. Together, we can help break the stigma around mental health and remind people that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
Thank you for supporting me on this journey. Here’s to 31 miles, one step at a time, for a cause that means the world to me. 💚
