Why we chose Mental Health UK💙

This year, my brother Sam and I are taking part in the London GLOW Walk to raise awareness and funds for Mental Health UK. Mental health struggles can be invisible, and many people find it difficult to talk about their challenges. But just because someone doesn’t speak up, it doesn’t mean everything is okay.

By participating, we hope to be part of the change that allows individuals and families to access the support they need and deserve.
