Join the MH warriors in fundraising for Mental Health UK
As those of you who know us well will be aware of, mom and I have been on a really difficult journey because of my MH over the last 25 years. We’ve both had to be real warriors and my mom has fought for me and my recovery every step of the way-even holding onto hope for me when I couldn’t. But there are lots of people struggling with their MH who have no one to fight with and for them. That is why we are doing this walk to raise money for Mental Health UK.
Mental Health UK is dedicated to providing essential support and resources to individuals and families affected by mental health challenges. With a focus on collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity, they are at the forefront of driving positive change within the mental health landscape.
