We're taking on the 28 Miles in February challenge!
I am taking on the 28 Miles in February to celebrate and support Mental Health UK.
We'll be moving 28 miles - walking or running and raising at least £100 each to help ensure that no one faces mental health problems alone.
Every mile I cover and every pound I raise will make a difference to the lives of people affected by mental health problems.
