Support life changing work
We are raising money for a cause close to our hearts by taking part in GLOW, a 20km night walk. The money we raise will be going to a very special charity called Mental Health UK.
The work that Mental Health UK do has a massive impact on individuals in need. We believe that this charity can help towards destigmatising mental health issues, promoting access to mental health resources, and fostering a supportive community for those struggling with mental health challenges. These are just some of the reasons that we feel so passionate about supporting this charity.
Having navigated the mental health system firsthand, we understand the vital role of support in one's journey to healing. Our own experiences have fueled our determination to walk and raise funds for Mental Health UK. By advocating for those who need a helping hand, we hope to make a meaningful impact and spread awareness about the importance of mental health support. Join us in this journey towards positive change and together, let's make a difference in the lives of those facing mental health challenges.
