Tuesday 25th Feb Anyone that suffers with thier mental health, for any reason. I need you to know that it's not your fault. Anybody can and will suffer. Not everyone will understand it. Some dont want to. So what. Do not give up. You are worth the fight. Good people do exist. I am one of them. I have had support from many others on my journey. No matter how hard it gets. Never stop fighting for what is right. All people deserve to be heard. Times have changed. Talk to someone. The world needs to change and we all need to understand eachother a little bit better. Be kind, defend yourself, when you need to, even if you stand alone and always fight for what is right. Fight for yourself and your children, for your family and friends. Never give up. You have got this and you will recover. It will only make you stronger. It is worth the pain 🩵 trust me. Keep moving, rest, recover, then go again! It will get better and things will change. Wednesday 5th Feb I have done this challenge from my knees. Ofcourse i make it look easy. Ofcourse i smile. Ofcourse i have bad days. Ofcourse other people suffer. Get back up and don't give up.

Tuesday 4th Feb Mental illness is nothing to be ashamed of. People watch people die and ask, why they did not talk? Do not get me started 🙄 Trust true friends and professionals. The ones that understand trauma/mental illness and why it happens in the first place. Mental illness does not define who you are. It is just something that happens. People will not understand until it happens to them. It is treatable and it does stop with the right support ❤️ Share
